Our wholesale operation is working entirely as normal.  Please continue to use all your regular methods to contact us.  We anticipate strong stock levels throughout the coming weeks enabling us to maintain our regular delivery service to you.

Q. Is our showroom open for business?

-Unfortunately our showroom will be closed from 5th January inclusive until the Government allow non-essential retail stores to re-open.  Please note our telephones will not be staffed during this period.  Please do not try to leave a message as it will not be heard, instead email us at bideford@devonshireliving.co.uk

Q. Will I receive my delivery as normal?

-Our deliveries will continue.  If you already have an order with us and we have not already contacted you, rest assurred we aim to deliver your order on the agreed date.  We will provide more accurate time information closer to the delivery date.  If any changes are necessary, we will aim to contact customers in good time.

-.We will aim to deliver your order according to the specific service you requested at time of purchase.   For instance, room of choice, assembly and package recycling where applicable.  If you decide you wish to amend these details, please contact us using the email below.

-Our delivery team have been trained to proceed in a Covid-safe manner in your home.  We do ask that if you, or a member of your household, should test positive for Covid19, or are currently shielding, please inform us in good time using the contact details below.   Please quote your order number in all communications.

Q. Can I still collect my order?

-Customers wishing to collect existing orders MUST contact us using the email below.  As our showroom is not permanently staffed, special arrangements need to be made in advance to ensure you can successfully collect your furniture at an agreed date and time.

Q. Can I place a new order?

-Yes indeed, we will happily continue to receive orders.  Please make contact using the email below to get the conversation started.

We no longer have an online ordering facility, but you may still use this website to help you make your selections and contact us to discuss your requirements.
